I loved that they went over and above to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle had a problem that was not easy to duplicate. The tech offered to take my vehicle to drive back and forth from home to the dealership in an effort to duplicate the problem. This was after we spent 30 minutes in the car together trying to duplicate the problem. Had he now done that my car would have never been diagnosed and repaired. I owe a debt of gratitude to Betternhausen!!!

I had the best car buying experience possible at Bettenhausen. I worked with Jeremy and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would not want to a buy a car from anywhere else after this incredible experience. If you need a car, go to Bettenhausen and ask to work with Jeremy!

Our sales associate Abdul was great to work with in the purchase of our 2020 Pacifica Hybrid.  Very low-key, low-pressure, but knowledgeable about the cars on the lot.  He worked hard to help us navigate the Chrysler incentives on the car and gave us a few purchase options, explaining the pros and cons of each option well.  I've bought four new cars in my life, and the previous experiences were never this good -- I actually found the whole experience pleasant.  The assistant who helped clean and prepare our car also went out of his way on a freezing cold day ...

I have had two prior experience that were terrible through other sales reps from paperwork not being filed correctly having having to pay couple hundred dollars to fix it and three dealership dis not help or pay for it, second time the car had issues the day I took it home and the sales rep never responded to me so I ended up having to wait 4+ hours on the services to be fixed.
